Hello World!

I am here! Thanks to the constant encouragement of a few patients of mine, this blog has finally become a reality. It will provide a platform to communicate with the health conscious community my knowledge, thoughts, experience and tips on wellbeing (not illness) as a practicing doctor with special training in nutrition medicine. I hope this blogging experience will be enjoyable, fun and rewarding for both you and me!

PS Patients of mine please do not use this blog to attempt to solve specific problems that you may encounter in your treatment. Always refer them back to the surgery. Thanks.
